AirBnb guests can't say enough good things about bcs villas
As an Airbnb host myself, I have very high expectations when I rent properties, and always lean towards other Superhosts. Well, Mark and Brian did not let me down, and exceeded all expectations!! The home is absolutely stunning, the views are amazing, the home was sparkly clean when we arrived, and was cleaned thoroughly everyday, and the decor is very nice. The Sonos sound system was easy to use, and we all enjoyed just taking in the beauty of the Pedegral neighborhood every day. Yet, this is just the icing on the cake!
What truly made this birthday experience magical, was the staff! From booking to post checkout, the concierge team, Rodolfo and Veronica, were exceptional! They both assisted with the pre-arrival grocery list, booking dune buggies, massages, airport transportation, getting my birthday cake, liquor, champagne, and ensuring that our entire trip went seamless. We booked Rodolfo for Chef services, for 3 days, and I highly recommend it! Upon arrival to the villa, Rodolfo and his sous chef had our afternoon snacks prepared as requested (chips, salsa, guac, wings, quesadillas, nachos, etc.) plus delicious margaritas – the best vacation arrival to date! Waking up to delicious breakfast each morning was amazing, and to top it off, our surf and turf dinner was even better. Rodolfo made last minute store runs for us as well, which was greatly appreciated. The massages were one of the best I’ve ever had, and getting it while feeling the ocean breeze, from the open and airy living room, made the experience even more exceptional. There is a taxi company that works with the villa, so getting taxis were extremely easy. Our airport transfers were also seamless, and our driver was on time, waiting for us, for both departure and arrival.
Last but not least, COVID testing was such a breeze! I reached out to Veronica prior to our trip, as we learned that we had to have a negative test, for reentry into the US. We opted for the testing team to come to the villa, which was the most expensive option, but so worth the convenience. The swabs were quick, and we all paid $50 each, plus a group service fee of $30, and had our results in our emails within a few hours. One of my friends did not receive her results, so I contacted Rodolfo, and he had the lab send over immediately. Such great service!
All in all, I highly recommend this villa! You can tell that Mark and Brian have went great lengths to hire a superb team, and ensure that every aspect of a successful vacation has been taken into consideration. I truly had a wonderful birthday experience, and I’m so thankful for Rodolfo and Veronica, for ensuring my friends and I had a great time.
