There are no words to express my satisfaction with this Villa and it’s entire staff. I was forced to cancel at ANOTHER location due to increasing bad reviews. I was so nervous but Mark and Brian communicated openly from the very first inquiry. The response time was fast. Booking was easy and the staff is more than amazing. From personalized concierge service to setting up transport, excursions etc. there is nothing that Raffi the house manager or Lorena the coordinator cannot get handled quickly and efficiently. Annabelle the house keeper kept all of the suites impeccably clean and well stocked. She personally washed and folded our clothes and made sure we had everything that was needed. Chefs Genero and marisol are literally the best chefs for this cuisine that I’ve encountered. Pedegral community is safe, gated, well maintain and secured. The views are INSANE!!!! From sun rises to sunsets to just ocean views. Being a nurse I am a stickler for cleanliness but they nailed it!!!! From constant visual Cleaned hands, fresh clean uniforms daily, tied up hair I Am beyond impressed. The food was impeccable. I am still stuffed!! Beautifully plated, fresh ingredients and plenty leftover to snack on. Chef Genaro will bring your mimosas the second the thought pops into your mind!!! He is telepathic!!! Marisol personally made me a homemade birthday cake with fresh flowers. I ate the whole thing and I am ashamed!!!! Lol. The bartender danced with us and sang songs and made the most fresh prettiest cocktails. The next time I will hire him every night. I ordered the full day chef service for most of my days there as it’s a great value and helps to stimulate the local economy which is huge and personal for me when I travel. Please please please hire the chef!!! It elevated the entire experience!! To be able to treat 9 of my friends and fellow nurses on a much needed vacation for my bday and have 4 star service which is insanely reasonably priced was beyond my wildest dream!! I could never give Villa Toro Rojo enough stars and it will definitely be my home every time I touch down in Cabo from here on!!! I am a lifetime customer now!!!
