TREMENDOUS! I cannot say enough good things about this team – super host is an understatement. Even before arriving, communication was superb! Lorena was my main contact, she helped with everything from arranging a private sailboat sunset cruise at a great price, to helping arrange our groceries for the house.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly face, Raffi. He gave us a tour, showed us how to work the music (Sonos throughout the house), etc. Raffi and Lorena were available via text the entire trip! They never took longer than 30 seconds to respond. On our first night I asked if there was any “Off” in the house and within 15 minutes, some was delivered to us.

Raffi also helped arrange taxis and offered advice on where to go in town.

The hosts also have a private chef at a very affordable rate. We had them cook us breakfast and dinner one of the days. It was delicious and made my friends feel very special.

Another perk to this team is Annabelle – she is the housekeeper and comes every day. She is very sweet and respectful. Attentive and respectful are great words for the entire team.

The house is incredible a well. 4 bedrooms located upstairs and 2 are a little more isolated downstairs. Every room has it’s own bathroom. All are “created equal” so no one gets stuck with a bad one. The sheets are probably the softest sheets I have experience in any vacation home or hotel.

The house is located just minutes from the Marina shops and bars. It is quite a windy road to get up to the house so I recommend a Dramamine patch or wrist bands if anyone gets motion sick. But that is the price you pay for Pedregal!

The only warning I would offer is to hold on tight to your pool floats! The pool is on the edge of the property with a phenomenal view so the slightest wind and your beach ball now belongs to Cabo.

Long story short – book it!
